Create custom Tyvek wristbands with your choice of black print for a budget-friendly option or go for full-colour for a vibrant look.

Production & Shipping


  • Tyvek wristbands in your chosen base colour with black print are dispatched the same day when ordered before 1 PM (Monday to Friday).
  • Full-colour printed versions have a production time of 5–10 working days before shipping.

Personalise your wristbands by uploading your own artwork or logo, and add custom shapes and text.

You can reposition elements freely to get the layout you want. Please keep in mind that the front end of the wristband falls outside the printable area.

Design Guidelines


  • Decide between black print or full-colour printing for your wristbands.
  • The printable area includes the green and yellow zones. The front section will not be printed.
  • For best results, place your design as far to the left as possible (after the numbering).
  • Each wristband is 250 mm long, though only the first 160 mm remain visible when worn.
  • Top and bottom margins are included to help ensure accurate and clean printing.
  • If you're uploading a ready-made design, use the format 19 x 160 mm.
  • Wristbands are supplied in sheets, with 10 bands per sheet.
