RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
We have very few returns at LabelYourself.com. If you have bought a product and changed your mind or if the product does not meet your expectations, we always recommend that you contact us as soon as possible. Then we will talk about how we can resolve the issue. The same applies if you have received the wrong product or products that are defective.
For custom-made products, you waive the normal right to return products when ordering. However, at LabelYourself.com, it is important to us that you are happy with you order. So have you received a product with defects or is the quality not as expected? Then please get in touch with us. Feel free to send us an email and describe what is wrong. Then together we will find a solution that makes you satisfied with your purchase. Please also read our terms and conditions.
WHO SHOULD I SEND PRODUCTS BACK TO?
If you have ordered products from our warehouse, you can of course return the order within 14 days. Before returning your order, it is always a good idea to write us an email or call us at 020 3455 8270- When exercising your right to return purchases, you must pay for the shipping yourself.

We do not receive packages sent cash on delivery.
Wrap the product carefully in packaging and attach a copy of your receipt.
Always make sure to get a receipt when sending products back. Without a receipt, we are unfortunately not able to replace/refund any packages that are lost in transit.
Generally speaking, we process your return package on the same day that we receive it at our warehouse, but during busy periods the processing time may be longer.
HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?
If you need a refund, the amount will always be transferred to the same method of payment that you used to buy the order.
When exactly the money comes into your account depends on your bank and what payment method you used when ordering. Please note that PayPal has a processing time of 30 days.
